I am working on a new portable version of ATOM written in Java. As you can see from the screenshot at the bottom of this page, the GUI is nearly finished and it is much simpler than it was in version 1.0a: the panel layout is tidier, thanks to a dynamic spreadsheet-like input form, and there is a clear distinction between input and output data. "Tips" now help the user figure out what each field represents.
